Introduction
CIT Reborn is a Rage:MP server built on the foundations of the original CIT2 on MTA:SA. While our core gameplay is heavily inspired by that legendary experience, we are charting our own path.

The core values this server will uphold is a very important reason for it's existence, that is why the word CIT stands for the following: Consistency, Impartiality, Transparency.
CIT Reborn exists to deliver a player-driven GTA experience where your choices and efforts define your success. We're building a community free from pay-to-win mechanics and administrative favoritism.
We believe great servers are built by the community that's behind it, and the trust shared. Our commitment is simple: fair rules, applied equally, with clear communication about how and why decisions are made. No hidden agendas, no special treatment, no exceptions.

- Consistency: Regardless of your position or stature in our community, we promise to uphold and apply our standards across the board. We do not bend, nor modify the rules for the gain of anyone. Everyone who interacts with this community is given the same amount of importance, even for those who are helping uphold it.
- Impartiality: Without bias or favoritism, every situation is evaluated on its own merits. Staff decisions are made based on facts and evidence, not personal relationship or history. Whether you're a new player or an old one, friend or stranger, each case receives the same objective consideration.
- Transparency: Our rules, decisions, and processes are open and accessible to all community members. If and when actions are taken, explanations are provided. We maintain a clear and updated documentation of our guidelines and their enforcement. If you have any questions about why something happened or how we operate, we're committed to providing honest, straightforward answers. This is especially true for any actions that are imposed upon players.
